In-Process Machining Inspection

During the machining process, QC performs continuous supervision to ensure that every component is manufactured within the specified tolerances.

The inspection includes visual checks and dimensional rechecks after the machining process is completed, based on the machining drawings. In addition, specific NDE for machining is conducted using the Penetrant Test (PT) method by certified inspectors in accordance with ASNT SNT-TC-1A and ISO 9712 Level II standards.
