Quality Assurance and Quality Control Process

The coating process is carried out in accordance with customer specifications or project standards. For new coating systems that we have not previously applied, a Painting Qualification Test will be conducted prior to mass production on the valves.

QC performs inspections on:

• • Wet Film Thickness (WFT)
  • Dry Film Thickness (DFT)
  • Adhesion / Pull-Off Test (minimum 3 MPa)

If the adhesion test result is below the required standard, corrective actions will be carried out in accordance with the quality procedures.
