Guaranteed to adhere to international standards from design to material selection and testing.

We maintain highest quality standards throughout our manufacturing process, beginning from our Incoming Materials, Machining through to Assembling and Pressure Testing. 

We are very stringent in selecting all the equipment for manufacturing (such as Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machine, test bench, Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and equipped with the most sophisticated carbon analyzer (for PMI material analysis). Moreover, we put special care into selecting approved subcontractors for raw materials (Casting and Forging) to manufacture our quality products.

Incoming Materials

We use proper measuring tools for all inspection and procedures including acceptance criteria that is in accordance with the related International Standards.

PMI Portable Laser

Positive Material Identification (PMI) with portable laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy for verifying the chemical composition of metals and alloys.

Laser-Probe CMM

The Faro laser ScanArm is a portable coordinate measuring machine (CMM) that captures extreme measurement detail on complicated parts. These 3D ScanArms can capture precise measurements in almost any environment from the factory floor to the field.

Assembling & Pressure Testing

Our assembling team have received extensive training from JC Valves and Carraro to assemble valves that adhere to international standards. We have proper pressure test
machines and equipment to test for any potential valve leakages. Rest assured we maintain the highest standards until the very end of the manufacturing process.

Assembling – We assemble our all valves specific to the technical conditions and in line with international standards.

Ventil Test Bench – The Ventil Test Bench tests shut-off valves according to all common international standards. With fully integrated Windows operated Computer
Registration System giving digital reading and verification against test standards, this machine can perform pressure tests, hydrostatic back seat tests, hydrostatic shell tests,
and hydrostatic/air seat tests.

VCB 50

Range: 1 – 16 inch / DN15 – 400 mm.
Gas testing: 0 – 7 bar / 100 psi
Liquid testing: 0 – 400 bar / 5,800 psi. (optional: 700 bar / 10,150 psi.)

VCB 100 (Range Valve ½” – 24”)
