During the assembly stage, each component is assembled according to applicable standards based on the valve type, including API 6D, API 600, API 602, and API 594, as well as other relevant API standards.
Antistatic testing is conducted to ensure electrical continuity in the valve. The resistance value is verified not to exceed 10 ohms in accordance with API 6D requirements, in order to prevent the risk of electrical sparks during valve operation.
Bolt tightness is controlled using torque settings in accordance with established manufacturing standards. In addition, stem torque testing is conducted during the open–close and close–open operations to ensure that the torque values comply with the design parameters.
