The blasting process is carried out prior to the coating process.
Before starting the blasting (surface preparation) process, the surface condition must be clean and free from oil, grease, or other contaminants.
The QC team will conduct inspections for abrasive conductivity, grade of cleanliness, anchor pattern, dust test, and water-soluble salts to ensure that the blasting results meet the required quality standards.
