PT Katup Industri Indonesia Makes Its Debut at the Third Forum KapNas Event

PT Katup Industri Indonesia made its debut at the National Capacity Forum (KapNas) III, the 2023 Upstream Oil and Gas Business Activity held at the Jakarta Convention Center on November 23-24, 2023. A pivotal event among stakeholders in the Oil & Gas industry, the forum, themed ‘Development of Domestic Integration Capabilities for National Capacity Enhancement,’ served as a strategic platform for collaboration to strengthen the role of domestic business players to reduce dependence on external resources. Our participation in this forum attracted the attention of various stakeholders, including SKK Migas, K3S, and the Bureaucracy.

During the exhibition, PT Katup Industri Indonesia (KII) showcased our flagship product, the Ball Valve, equipped with pneumatic and electric actuators. We featured products from Floating and Trunnion types of Ball Valves, along with Gate, Globe, and Check types. Our sales engineers provide personalized explanations regarding our product knowledge and company information. We also facilitate networking and collaboration opportunities for KII’s visitors. Our valves are engineered in collaboration with JC Valves, a leading valve manufacturer for 55 years, demonstrated that the company’s focus extended beyond TKDN to encompass high-standard technology introduction and product efficiency.

PT Katup Industri Indonesia aims to make a significant contribution to supporting the operational sustainability of both upstream and downstream oil and gas industries, LNG, power generation, fertilizers, pulp and paper, as well as petrochemicals across Indonesia. Our participation aligned with one of the company’s goals to support the TKDN (Domestic Component Level) policy, demonstrating a strong commitment to compliance with regulations and national objectives. Focusing on quality, reliability, and valve safety, KII adheres to international standards and implemented the Indonesian National Standards (SNI).
