Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that the organization obtains the highest quality goods and services at the best possible price. The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation skills, strong communication skills, and a thorough understanding of procurement best practices.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct research to identify potential vendors
  2. Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
  3. Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
  4. Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  5. Review the quality of purchased products
  6. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices
  7. Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
  8. Coordinate with other departments (Warehouse and Operational Team) to monitor stock levels and place orders as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Maximum 35 years old
  2. Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any related field
  3. At least 2 years of working experience in Purchasing or Procurement Management
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with attention to detail
  5. Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors)
  6. Fluent in English (oral and written)
  7. Strong problem-solving skills with good judgment and a sense of urgency
  8. Able to work in a dynamic team environment and fast-paced work demand
  9. Have integrity, discipline, responsible manner, creative, and critical thinking
  10. Have good behavior, passionate, and proactive
