Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Operator to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines to produce high-quality precision parts and components. The ideal candidate will have experience working with various CNC machines and be able to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and ensure the completeness of various tools and existing CNC machines
2. Maintain the cleanliness of the machine after use
3. Operate a CNC machine
4. Create programs and set tools
5. Good communication skills
6. Understand how to work and maintain CNC machines
7. Comply with the rules and policies applied in the company

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Maximum age of 35 years
2. Minimum education of SMK/D3 or S1 in Mechanical Engineering
3. Able to read technical drawings
4. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of CNC Machining
5. Able to run CNC Milling & Lathe machines, preferably Okuma CNC machines
6. Able to set tools
7. Knowledge of operational control Fanuc, Syntex, GSK
8. Know the types of tools used
9. Mastering measuring tools machining
10. Tenacious and willing to work in a team or individually
11. Willing to work outside working hours if needed (overtime)
12. Mastercam program can be prioritized
13. Have good behavior, passionate, and proactive
